You don’t need to have the right words or a clear reason for coming. Many people get in touch simply because something feels heavy, confusing, or hard to carry alone.
You can send a message to arrange an initial chat, ask a question, or just see if this feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure or obligation, just a starting point.

Personal Therapy
I have the pleasure of working with a limited number of clients so that each person receives thoughtful, consistent attention.
The fee for individual therapy is €70 per 50-minute session.
Sessions take place weekly (in the begining) at a regular time where possible, as consistency supports the process. Payment details can be discussed when arranging your first appointment.
If you have any questions about the fee or how sessions work, you’re welcome to ask.
1
A place to slow down
Individual therapy is simply a space that belongs to you.
An hour where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out. We slow things down. We notice what’s happening beneath the surface. Sometimes that’s anxiety. Sometimes it’s shame. Sometimes it’s something harder to name.
There’s no rush here..
2
Understanding what’s happening beneath
Often the things that trouble us now make sense when we look a little deeper.
Together, we gently explore patterns in relationships, in self-talk, in the way you respond to stress or conflict. Not to criticise them, but to understand them. Most of our patterns began as ways of coping.
When we understand them, we gain choice.
3
Meeting all parts of you
We all carry different sides of ourselves — the confident part, the anxious part, the part that shuts down, the part that tries to keep everything together.
In therapy, we make space for these parts rather than fighting them. When they feel heard instead of pushed away, something softens. Change tends to come from that place.

Growing at your own pace
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
Some weeks feel reflective. Some feel emotional. Some feel steady and grounding. Growth isn’t dramatic — it’s often quiet and gradual.
You don’t have to force anything here.
We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
